SUB112-amp

The SUB112-amp is a compact, self powered subwoofer designed to extend the frequency range and power bandwidth of Audio Performance full-range loudspeaker systems. With a cut-off frequency of 45Hz, the SUB112-amp is made for applications where the reproduction of sub frequencies is of major importance (music, live sound). It consists of one long excursion 12-inch cone driver mounted in a heavily braced vented enclosure.

The SUB112-amp built-in electronics package features a new lightweight, two channel class D audio power amplifier designed specifically for Self-Powered products. The amplifier module is a sophisticated switch mode power supply, class-D amplifier design capable of delivering more than 1x 2'500W RMS into 4 ohms and adding only 3Kg to the weightof the cabinet.
